It's been such a long time since we've had a show, so Scott and I decided to make this one meaningful and enduring. 
Shifra Shomron, author of the acclaimed novel, Grains of Sand: The Fall of Neve Dekalim, and guest on the Tamar Yonah Show, joined us for an insightful evening in which we were fortunate enough to gain a glimpse of what it was like to live in one of the most fertile communities in Israel, and also to have to go through the 2005 withdrawal from Gaza, which happened to be her home. She spoke about her book, what people are doing to rebuild the community and what she believes to be the future of the Jewish people and the state of Israel.
